About: Introducing The Diego Mirror. A celebration of the beauty found in imperfection. Crafted from natural stonecast, the wabi-sabi design intentionally embraces the holes, irregularities, and textural imperfections found in this artistry.

Details

  • Natural, unfinished surface.
  • Stonecast intentionally has a imperfect finish. Small holes, scratches, textural marks, lines, dips, colour variation and irregularities are a part of the design and should be expected.
  • Each piece is completely unique
  • Please note that this mirror is heavy, this should be taken into consideration when planning placement in your space.
  • Hardware will not be provided, we recommend partnering with a trade professional to hang your mirror safely according to the finish of your wall.
  • The mirror comes with two generic routed holes to fit most hardware, whilst using its own weight to suspend evenly and safely.

DESIGNERS’ NOTES
Care
  • Lucite is a type of acrylic material. Care should be taken to avoid sharp edge objects as it will easily scratch. Light surface scratches may be able to be removed using a professional polisher.
  • Our lucite pieces are wrapped in white foam. This can leave slight residue behind. Simply clean off with a soft damp cloth, light pressure may need to be applied to work the residue off the surface.
  • For basic cleaning we recommend using a clean, microfiber cloth specified for glass cleaning along with glass cleaner (such as Windex) This may need to be done after unpacking your piece to clean off any residue from the packaging materials.
  • The upholstery used is of synthetic composition. We recommend using a damp, clean cloth to spot clean. For thorough cleaning we recommend using a professional upholstery cleaning service.

A connection to our community and profound respect for tradition. We are making history. We are proudly paying homage and respect to the art of Fossil Stonecraft Furniture as a Filipino created craftsmanship. For many years, the art of Fossil Stone Furniture was sold throughout the world without the transparency of its origin. Our community, culture and artisans were pushed into the shadows. These are the hands, faces and families of our people. Our community of highly skilled artisans.
